As I mentioned in my previous post about making my own double point knitting needles case, I especially love combining crafting and problem solving together. In this particular case, I needed a storage solution for all of my circular knitting needles.
I know I’m not the only one out there who hates dealing with gauge swatches. After all, when you’ve decided on a cool project, all you want to do is get started right away. However, what I hate even more are projects that don’t fit right, so I dutifully knit my little swatches and check my gauge.
So what happens when the gauge is off? Easy–you just size up or down a needle…but wait–is it really that easy?
